A co-passenger in the Qatar Airways shuttle from Doha to Dammam looks out as the flight makes a turn over the Persian gulf to head west towards its destination.

The fog rolls in

The afternoon fog rolls into Doha.

I had this shot in mind after seeing a couple of pictures of Dubai along similar lines. Needless to say, some amount of planning went into it . . . seat booking on the aircraft etc. etc.

Shot with the Panasonic G1 and the Lumix 14-45mm Vario. Converted to B&W on LR and Nik Silver Efex Pro.
