Highway 40
On Highway 40, en route to Riyadh last week.
The 1,359 km long Highway 40 connects Jeddah and Mecca on the west coast to Dammam on the east coast, passing through the capital of Riyadh and is the most important highway of Saudi Arabia.

Dusty Doha
A week before my trip home, the entire middle east was buffeted by severe dust storms. The remnants could be seen over Doha.
