We took advantage of a Friday holiday to visit the Royal Commission Area (commonly called Fanateer) and to visit a colleague and generally drive around.

Yup.. it does. It is a Friday and it is usual for people to get up rather late. Also, around 12 PM is the noon prayer time and finally, it was around 50 C that day. All together, you see very few people chilling outside...
lots of space...space..but nice to see neat and organised!!
