St James' Church (popularly referred to as Jora Girja for its twin spires) was rededicated to the city of Calcutta, after a year-and-a-half long restoration, on December 11, 2011.
My son was a part of the St. James' School choir and was performing at the re-dedication ceremony. Hence our invitation.
This picture was taken at the start of the re-dedication ceremony.
