Back-lit with the light streaming in from a large window. The light reflected off the bed-spread provides the softish light.

Taken with the Nikon D300 and the Nikon 18-200 mm VR at 200mm, 1600 ASA and 1/15s.  Converted to B&W on Lightroom.
